Services For Your Well-Being...

Instinctive Meditation® Classes
- Group or private (individual) sessions
- In person or online
Instinctive Meditation (IM) is a highly individualized style of meditation that enriches your senses of aliveness and calm.
IM honors your body's innate, instinctive intelligence of the relaxation response (opposite of the stress response) and capitalizes on it through intentional daily practice, honing your instincts toward greater and greater accuracy. IM thereby helps you to enhance your capacity to respond more instinctively to life in ways that are healthy, ethical, and appropriate.
Each group class provides information about a principle of IM and a guided IM experience (about 1 hour).
Individual IM coaching provides guidance that supports developing and maintaining your personal IM practice ($50 per session).

Health & Wellness Coaching
- Group or private (individual) sessions
- Groups of 2-8 participants
- In person or online
Change is hard, especially when it comes to your health and all-around well-being. What if you had an advocate, an encourager, a listener, a guide, a supporter?
Sheila facilitates group coaching in a small-group (up to 8 people), social environment that provides camaraderie and mutual support. Group coaching is a more affordable option to one-to-one, or individual, coaching. Program topics are variable, so your suggestions are always welcome. Price varies with the number of sessions in a program.
Individual coaching provides an opportunity for you to work one-to-one with your coach. Sheila provides personalized attention and support, confidentiality, and an integrative, holistic approach.
She offers a free 30-minute consultation to individuals wanting to know more about private health & wellness coaching. Individual coaching is $50 per session

Forest Therapy
(Shinrin-Yoku / Forest Bathing /
Guided Nature Walks / Nature Immersions)
- Groups of 1-9 participants
- In person only
Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, is a Japanese term that means to take in the atmosphere of the forest through our senses. Forest therapy is a common term for it, but there really is no therapy involved except for that which nature provides itself. Being in nature, especially when guided by invitations that promote sense perception and mindfulness, can provide physical as well as psychospiritual benefits.
In the bioregion of southwestern Pennsylvania, the structure of a guided nature immersion permits woodlands to be explored outdoors, while indoor sessions can provide an exploration in an environment such as the beach.
Sheila guides nature immersions in small groups of up to 9 people. Sessions take up to 2 hours.
Public group sessions (such as the Celtic Wheel of the Year) are $25 per person.
Private groups of up to 9 people (such as bridal parties, families, group of friends, social club groups, community or faith-based groups) might choose a specific theme (for example, marriage, grief, mental health) and are $40 per person.Singles or couples might also choose a theme and are $50 per person.

Laughter Yoga
- Group experience
- Online or in person
- Can be combined with other group wellness offerings
Laughter yoga (LY) is the art of laughing for no reason at all.
In LY, we do simple exercises that help us welcome our childlike openness to fun, delight, and silliness. But seriously, LY has a lot of research supporting its many health benefits (for example, stress reduction, blood pressure reduction, enhanced oxygenation). However, the greatest benefit needs no research to support it: everybody knows that laughter is the best medicine!
There is never a charge for LY Club. For a fee you can have a presentation designed for your group, including an experience of LY practice.

CELTIC WHEEL OF THE YEAR FOREST THERAPY
Sunday afternoons, 2:00-4:00 PM. $25.
Location: Palmer Park, Donora, PA
The Celtic Wheel of the Year is made up of 8 feast days that mark the turn of the seasons and the journey of the sun, representing the ever-renewing cycle of life, death, and regeneration.
Ostara (Spring Equinox) - Mar 22
Ostara is a celebration of the spring (vernal) equinox, which takes place in 2026 on March 20. It marks the midpoint between the dark time of the winter solstice and the light time of the summer solstice. Days and nights are of equal length. Therefore, it's a time of balance and harmony. The land is reawakening through flower buds, shoots, and the growing warmth of the sun, promising coming growth and abundance. But it's still a time of restructuring, requiring gentle nourishment so that resilience and strengh may increase.
As life delicately and hopefully returns to the Earth, we will celebrate Ostara with this forest therapy session at Palmer Park in Donora, PA. We will participate in some gentle mindful movement, meditation, and invitations to immerse our senses in the wonders of nature at this time of year. The walk is limited to 9 adult participants (aged 16+ please).
If you have never tried a forest bathing session before, please feel free to join us on Sunday, March 22. If you have, come and experience a special Ostara forest therapy session. Get Tickets Here.
